You have a 14-day right of return.
When returning the goods, we ask you to pay the return costs.

After receipt of the goods, the value of the goods will be refunded to you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date of return.
For this repayment, I use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; Under no circumstances will fees be charged to Dor for this repayment.

I can refuse repayment until I have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to me immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform me of the cancellation of this contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

In the case of uninsured returns, I assume no liability if the package is lost. You are therefore not entitled to a replacement if the goods do not reach me.

You can exchange the goods for 14 days without giving a reason.
Goods must be in perfect condition for a full exchange.
